If you learn by doing, this is the module for you! In this yoga session, we’ll challenge ourselves by putting it all together! We will be coordinating our breath with movements that focus on strengthening the core and pelvic floor.
Yoga emphasizes the mind-body connection, so this class will also also include practices such as visualization and mindfulness meditation to help you coordinate your pelvic floor muscles with your breath, and deepen your understanding of, and connection to, your body.
