Work with Dr. Jennifer Clarkson to create your own tailored yoga therapy routine for home practice. Your one-on-one session will emphasize alignment for safe performance of each pose. Each session will target your individual needs for decreased pain symptoms, improved strength, and/or increased stability/flexibility. Performance of this yoga routine has the intention of leading you to experience your daily life with greater freedom of movement and joy. Jennifer has been practicing yoga for 18 years. She completed a yoga teacher training at Garden of the Heart Yoga Center in 2018 with Jaye Martin. She was drawn to the Anusara style due to its emphasis on alignment, integration of connectedness to community, and Tantric Philosophy.
